Managing Partner
Nerijus Zaleckas is a founder of the Law Firm and provides legal services since 2008. He has a sound experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, antitrust and litigation projects.
Nerijus has three master degrees from Vilnius, Amsterdam and London, and worked with the leading international law firms.
He organizes legal events for corporate managers in the EU, Ukraine and CIS countries.
Viktorija Mačiulienė
Senior Associate
Viktorija Mačiulienė gained experience as in-house counsel in Lithuanian law firms and major corporations. She specializes in corporate, contract, and real estate law and has extensive experience in consumer rights and regulatory projects.
Known for her business-minded approach, Viktorija combines legal expertise with strategic advice to help clients achieve their goals.
Modesta Nekrašaitė
Associate
Modesta Nekrašaitė is an experienced Associate in corporate, commercial, labour, real estate and construction law, and also works with transport and litigation projects.
She received her Master’s degree in private law - civil disputes at Vilnius University.
Audrius Voveris
Associate Partner
Audrius Voveris has over 20 years of legal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), labour, commercial, contract law and dispute resolution.
He has amassed significant expertise representing clients in complex, large-scale projects in agriculture, finance, chemical, transport, pharmaceutical, construction, waste management and electronics industries.
Eglė Gincaitė-Skuodienė
Associate
Eglė Gincaitė-Skuodienė is an experienced lawyer in civil law and civil procedure. She consults clients on family law, labour law, contracts, insolvency and consumer law.
She graduated from Vilnius University with a Master of Laws degree, specialised in commercial law, and gained long-standing experience as an assistant judge.
Dr. Ieva Žentelytė

Dr. Ieva Žentelytė has more than 9 years of legal experience specialising in the fields of employment, commercial, administrative, environmental and construction law as well as dispute resolution in civil cases. She has worked in the private and public sectors.
Ieva Žentelytė is a lecturer of Institute of Criminal Law and Procedure at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius.
Renata Urbonė
Office manager
Renata Urbonė assists lawyers and looks after office operations.
She studied business management in London and has more than 10 years of experience in office management.

She graduated from Mykolas Romeris University with a Master’s degree in Law. Her professional experience includes roles in both private companies and public institutions.
