Nerijus Zaleckas
Managing Partner
Nerijus Zaleckas is a founder of the Law Firm and provides legal services since 2008. He has a sound experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, antitrust and litigation projects.
Nerijus has three master degrees from Vilnius, Amsterdam and London, and worked with the leading international law firms.
He organizes legal events for corporate managers in the EU, Ukraine and CIS countries.
Ina Muckienė
Associate Partner
Ina Muckienė is an attorney-at-law, with more than 20 years of professional experience. She has solid track record in corporate law, including M&A, also employment, commercial and regulatory law.
She graduated from Vilnius University with a Master of Laws degree, with a specialisation in commercial law. She worked with the top tier international law firm, ranked in international legal directories, as well as the international law firm, associated with a Big4 audit firm.
Eglė Gincaitė-Skuodienė
Associate
Eglė Gincaitė-Skuodienė is an experienced lawyer in civil law and civil procedure. She consults clients on family law, labour law, contracts, insolvency and consumer law.
She graduated from Vilnius University with a Master of Laws degree, specialised in commercial law, and gained long-standing experience as an assistant judge.
Greta Lebednykaitė
Associate
Greta Lebednykaitė is a lawyer with extensive experience in Corporate and M&A matters. She specialises in corporate governance, structural reorganisations, conversions of legal entities, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition to her core practice areas, she has valuable experience in insurance law and adeptly advises clients on family law matters.
Dovilė Saulėnienė
Associate
Dovilė Saulėnienė is an attorney-at-law and is an expert in civil law and civil procedure. She advises clients on dispute resolution and commercial law issues.
She graduated from Vilnius University with a master's degree in law and has long-term experience working as a judge's assistant.
Modesta Nekrašaitė
Associate
Modesta Nekrašaitė is an experienced Associate in corporate, commercial, labour, real estate and construction law, and also works with transport and litigation projects.
She received her Master’s degree in private law - civil disputes at Vilnius University.
Živilė Radavičiūtė
Associate
Živilė Radavičiūtė is a lawyer specialising in civil law, civil procedure, commercial and corporate law as well dispute resolution in civil matters.
She holds two Master's degrees and has experience working as an assistant judge in court.
Angelė Aliukonytė
Associate
Angelė Aliukonytė specialises in the field of technology law, covering areas such as information technology regulation, data protection, cybersecurity, privacy law, legal aspects of artificial intelligence, and the regulation of digital technologies.
She graduated from Mykolas Romeris University with a Master’s degree in Law. Her professional experience includes roles in both private companies and public institutions.
Renata Urbonė
Office manager
Renata Urbonė assists lawyers and looks after office operations.
She studied business management in London and has more than 10 years of experience in office management.
