Managing Partner
Nerijus Zaleckas is a founder of the Law Firm and provides legal services since 2008. He has a sound experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, antitrust and litigation projects.
Nerijus has three master degrees from Vilnius, Amsterdam and London, and worked with the leading international law firms.
He organizes legal events for corporate managers in the EU, Ukraine and CIS countries.
Indrė Lužanskytė
Associate
Indrė Lužanskytė is an experienced Associate and mediator practising and advising clients on regulatory, administrative, consumer law and litigation matters.
She graduated from Vilnius University, where she obtained a Master’s degree in International and European Union Law, and worked as an assistant judge at Vilnius Regional Administrative Court.
Modesta Nekrašaitė
Associate
Modesta Nekrašaitė is an experienced Associate in corporate, commercial, labour, real estate and construction law, and also works with transport and litigation projects.
She received her Master’s degree in private law - civil disputes at Vilnius University.
Teisutis Jasiulionis
Partner
Teisutis Jasiulionis is an expert in the areas of public procurement, including defence sector, contracts and litigation. He has a lot of experience in advising public and private clients on regulatory and public procurement procedures, contract drafting and negotiations.
Teisutis has a master degree in law and more than 20 years of professional experience working for governmental organisations, international entities and an international law firm.
Eglė Gincaitė-Skuodienė
Associate
Eglė Gincaitė-Skuodienė is an experienced lawyer in civil law and civil procedure. She consults clients on family law, labour law, contracts, insolvency and consumer law.
She graduated from Vilnius University with a Master of Laws degree, specialised in commercial law, and gained long-standing experience as an assistant judge.
Renata Urbonė
Office manager
Renata Urbonė assists lawyers and looks after office operations.
She studied business management in London and has more than 10 years of experience in office management.
